Compared to its big sister, this SupremeRAID SR-1010 abandons Nvidia’s T1000 GPU RAID accelerator (Turing) to adopt an RTX A2000 (Ampere). The set is able to take advantage of the bandwidth offered by PCIe 4.0. On the question of performance, the speeds announced are impressive under Linux with 110 GB/s in sequential reading against 22 GB/s in sequential writing. In handling 4K files, we find random read and write IOPS scores of 19 M and 1.5 M.

Availability is set for May 1. We have no information on the price positioning.
